Built or Bought Camper Meet

Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th July 2026

We are excited to bring to you Willow Fields Built or Bought camper van meet July 2026!

Check in is Friday 9am – 9pm. Vehicles must have left the site by 4pm on Sunday, any vehicles still on site after 4pm will be charged at normal campsite rates. Unless pre booked using the Vanlife26 promo code. The bar and outdoor kitchen opens at 4pm on Friday, with happy hour in the bar 4pm to 5pm £3 a pint (beer, lager or cider).

We have a real treat for you on the Saturday, a Quirkiest Camper competition, with £100 prize! All live streamed to the big screen. Not forgetting everyone’s favourite….£100 Bingo! Saturday 4pm

Saturday also brings a free tabletop sale of anything campervan related, tables will be provided. We have a live band playing on Saturday night for you to enjoy. Day guests are welcome at the tabletop sale and to watch the videos and the band for free.

Extra nights camping are available both before and after the event. Simply book our “Open campingpitch” With discount code: VANLIFE26 you can book extra nights with upto 2 adults from £10 per night!!! for non electric pitches, with electric is £20 per night with the vanlife26 code. Dogs are welcome and free, we politely ask that they stay on their lead and under control and please clean up after your dog. Awnings are also free. Extra cars are £5 and will need to be parked in the car park off the field.

Places are given on a first come first served basis. Spaces can’t be saved, if guests would like to be pitched together they would need to arrive together, alternatively you can wait in the car park to enter the field together.

Fire pits are allowed on site but must be at least 12 inches off the ground to avoid damaging the grass. We have fire pits available to hire and fire wood available to buy. Music must be turned off by 10:00 to allow other campers to sleep, music will be played inside the clubhouse until late. Only food and drink bought from the clubhouse can be consumed inside the clubhouse.
